In the metal market, we're sitting here and just spiking away. You're up two percent for the week. When you look at the chart here, you have not made a new high.
When we look at what the market's doing here, higher lows and a spike all the way up, you can see that run. The 18-day average is above the last break low. I told you I thought that was going to be the positive thing in the market, and you're being thwarted on this rally by the upper Bollinger Band.
