We're Now Into the FOMC Timeframe that Determines Interest Rates

We have a big week ahead of us with banks. We have the Federal Reserve on Wednesday. We have the European Central Bank on Thursday. And we have the Bank of Japan on Friday. Then we have the Bank of England on August 3rd. I think at a minimum the Fed and the European Central Bank will raise rates by 25 basis points.

When we look at the gold market, you may recall one of the things I was saying is the market was rallying. I said maybe the market could get up to the 18-day average of closings. What you had was a kiss. It went up there, it didn't hold it, and it pulled back. It's still respecting the resistance of that.
